Yo, we have news!
DesignBay is exhibiting at CeBIT Webciety Australia 2009 (which is a part of the broader CeBIT 2009 ICT tradeshow - a down-under, spin-off of CeBIT's massive European tradeshow). CeBIT is a brilliant IT, e-commerce and general geek/gadget tradeshow. There
will be mobile technology experts, programming whiz-kids and, I expect, many
people that enjoy Star Trek and Atari.
If that wasn't enough, Arnie 'The Governator' Schwarzenegger is somehow involved:
DesignBay will be exhibiting in a special section called Webciety. Webciety is for online businesses (web2.0 start-ups, social network sites etc). Basically it is for cool kids (and we're flattered to have been invited). We're working real hard to launch a top-secret, new product by 12 May and will be looking to unveil it at CeBIT Webciety (perhaps with the help of Conan the Barbarian) - so attend if you can! For those based outside of Australia, check out CeBIT's Webciety European Website (helps if you can read German) or pictures from the European Webciety held earlier in 2009 (does not help if you can read German).
I will summarise: get a ticket and visit DesignBay 12 to 14 of May at CeBIT in Sydney!
