American business magazine Forbes has released a list of what it deems "Electornic Cash Kings 2014". From the list, it seems DJs these days no longer play records in dark rooms to small groups of people, but rather put themselves in the spotlight and build a brand around their DJ moniker. Popular DJs travel the world playing to massive crowds and are obviously earning the big bucks for the privilege.
