The widget is designed to allow our creative community to promote their fantastic work on their own websites and blogs.

How to Use the DesignCrowd Widget
Using the widget is super simple. As long as you have public designs in your DesignCrowd portfolio, the widget can be implemented on any website, including your own business site, blog or portal. To use the widget, simply log into your designer account on DesignCrowd and find "My Widgets" in the left hand menu.
Step 1: Select a Widget Type
There 5 different widget types to choose from - choose the one that best suits your website or blog. Remember, you can preview your widget later on to see how it looks

Step 2: Customize the Content
This steps allows you to choose the design types to show and the order in which they display. You can choose to show only a certain design type, such as only logo designs, or only t-shirt designs. You can create multiple widgets, if you wanted to promote different design types on different pages of your website. Again, you can preview the widget later on.

Step 3: Customize the Style
Here, you can now choose how the widget is going to display. You can edit the widget width, the image size for the designs and the number of designs to show.
Widget Width
When defining the widget width, you can specify the dimension in pixels. However, if the field is left blank, the widget defaults to 100% of the container width. In many instances, this will work, however, remember to preview the widget to get a feel of how it will look.
Image Size
Small (100px)
Medium (200px)
Large (400px)
Extra Large (800px)
Number of Designs
You can choose to show anywhere from 3 to 35 designs in the widget.
Step 4: Preview Your Widget
In this step, simply click the button to generate a preview of what your widget would look like. This will give you an indication of how the widget will look on your site and if the options you have chosen above work well for you.
Step 5: Get the Widget on Your Website
Once you're happy with the widget, copy the HTML code and paste it into your blog or personal website.
Step 7: Start Earning Extra Cash!
And that's it! You've just installed the DesignCrowd widget - feel free to create multiple widgets to really promote your work.
